ADAMANDAS High Phenolic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced by a family production business in Messinia Region, in Greece. The art of olive oil production has been passed from generation to generation, from Great Grandfather to Grandfather to Father.

High Phenolic Extra Virgin Olive Oil has been studied for decades for its health benefits, with the help of compounds called Polyphenols.

Those compounds have antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties, which can help protect blood lipids from oxidative stress, promote cardiovascular health, help in the regulation of blood sugar and blood pressure as well as give a boost to our immune system!

In order to achieve this Premium quality, in the High Phenolic EVOO (extra virgin olive oil), ADAMANDAS goes through a specific process which includes:

Early harvesting period
Organic practices (Non penetrating and harmful chemicals)
Cold press method under very low times and temperatures, and also make sure the acidity levels are extremely low (0.2 – 0.4) to secure the “Extra Virgin” status of our olive oil.

More specifically we eliminate the “4 Enemies” of Extra Virgin Olive OIl which are:

Prolonged Light Exposure
Prolonged High (or very low) Temperature Exposure
Oxidation
Bad Storage

Any of theses “4 Enemies / Conditions” can significantly damage the color, the aroma, taste, acidity levels and the Phenolic Content of the EVOO.
