Dr. Panagiotis Kofinakos was born in Athens. He graduated from Medical School with the specialty of Obstetrician Surgeon Gynecologist and holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

He speaks two foreign languages, Italian and English. He is proficient in using computers and related software packages (holder of a certification from an educational program of the Ministry of National Education and Religious Affairs).

He is a subscriber to the most authoritative Greek and international publications. He has participated in numerous scientific conferences in Greece and across Europe.

He has taken part in many Greek and international scientific presentations and workshops, and has contributed to numerous scientific papers published in reputable medical journals. He has also attended ATLS, ALSO, and ACET seminars and workshops.

His articles have been published in both online and print Greek media, and he participates in scientific online forums to inform women on obstetrics and gynecology topics.

He is a member of non-profit scientific associations, the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Hellenic Society for the Study of the Climacteric and Menopause, the Hellenic Obstetrical and Gynecological Society, and the Hellenic Society of Cervical Pathology and Colposcopy.

He collaborates with the MEDISYSTEM health network of INTERAMERICAN, as well as with the REA Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic (383 Syngrou Avenue, Palaio Faliro).

He runs a private medical practice in Peristeri, Attica.
