VASSILIOS SAZANIDIS

Dr Sazanidis graduated from the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. He has specialized in Gastroenterology in 424 Military Hospital, Thessaloniki and in “LAIKO” Hospital, Athens. He received Scholarship from the Hellenic Foundation of Gastroenterology and Nutrition (ELIGAST). He was trained for 2 years at the Victoria Hospital of Blackpool, UK in interventional endoscopy. He gained significant experience in all modern techniques performing a great number of diagnostic and interventional endoscopic procedures.
Dr Sazanidis is an active member of GMC (General Medical Council, UK) and since 2010 he is accredited member of the British Endoscopy Association, JAC (Joint Advisory Group on GI Endoscopy).
From 2014 until today Dr Sazanidis is working regularly in various hospitals in UK as a Consultant Gastroenterologist carrying out endoscopy lists and outpatient clinics. He has worked in:
- Royal Bournemouth Hospital, Bournemouth
- Darlington Memorial Hospital, Darlington
- St Helier Hospital, London
- James Paget Hospital, Great Yarmouth
- Bristol Royal Infirmary, Bristol
Dr Sazanidis is running his own private clinic, fully equipped, that offers high quality services to his patients.
In addition, Dr Sazanidis collaborates with various private hospitals in Athens.
