About the doctor

The hematologist Katerina Foifa was born in Athens. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Rome. She specialized in hematology at the Hospital “ERYTHROS STAVROS”, at the Air Force Hospital and the General Hospital of Athens “SISMANOGLION”.

Additionally she was educated in the United States in cell therapies with stem cells.

Scientific interests with extensive experience in Coagulation – Hemostasis Disorders, in thrombophilia and thrombophilia pregnancy, in benign and malignant haematological diseases.

She has conducted projects and presentations across the spectrum of Medicine Hematology. Foreign publications and conference participation.

Member of the Athens Medical Association.
